Product Specific Integration Considerations

While a single Applicant RaaS can support multiple Radancy products, each product has specific integration expectations.

CRM (Bi-Directional Integration)

Radancy CRM writes back application step and status updates only to Workday. Core candidate profile data in Workday is not modified by CRM.

CRM integrations typically require:

  • Consistent Req ID + Application ID mapping
  • Applicant status and status history
  • Application source and job metadata

Write-back operations are performed using Workday Recruiting SOAP APIs.

Screening & Scheduling

Screening & Scheduling integrations use both RaaS synchronization and SOAP APIs.

  • RaaS – used for job and applicant synchronization
  • SOAP APIs – used to:
    • Move candidates between stages
    • Add recruiter comments
    • Update interview-related statuses

Custom application-level fields may be required to store screening scores or scheduling metadata.

Insights & Analytics

Insights & Analytics consumes applicant data in a one-way synchronization model.

Key data elements include:

  • Application status history
  • Application dates
  • Job attributes
  • Location metadata

Resume and enrichment fields are optional but may improve reporting depth.

Employee Referrals

Employee Referrals depends on complete job and applicant data.

  • Job feed must include Recruiter Email
  • Applicant feed must include referral source and application linkage

Hosted Apply (Radancy → Workday)

Hosted Apply enables candidates to complete the full application workflow directly within Workday. Radancy integrates with Workday Recruiting APIs and supporting RaaS reports to retrieve application configuration and support application processing.

The configuration described below applies specifically to Hosted Apply implementations. Quick Apply uses a simplified API-based submission model and does not require the reports or custom objects described in this section.

API Services Required

Hosted Apply integrations require access to the following Workday services:

  • Recruiting Service
  • Integration Service
  • Talent Service

These services support:

  • Application submission
  • Questionnaire retrieval and validation
  • Candidate profile validation and enrichment

Supporting RaaS Reports

Hosted Apply also requires several supporting RaaS reports to retrieve configuration data used during the application process.

Examples include reports for:

  • Questionnaire configuration
  • Country configuration (address and name components)
  • Job requisition country mappings
  • Candidate lookup (Home Account Prospects)
  • Employee lookup (for referral validation)

Exact report configuration, namespaces, and prompts must align with Radancy implementation specifications.

Custom Object Requirement

Hosted Apply implementations require a custom object on the Job Application business object to capture prior employee information.

This object stores additional application metadata such as:

  • Prior employee email
  • Employee ID
  • Manager information

This object stores additional application metadata associated with candidate applications when applicable.
