When a req is created, filled, or closed, it must be updated in the ATS jobs feed. This will determine when the job is added or removed from the Radancy Career Site. Any closed postings that remain within the ATS job feed will also remain on the Radancy Career Site until it is removed from the feed.
As part of your annual Radancy Career Site service agreement, we can support up to four feed imports per day based on the integration in place. Should you require more than four feed imports per day, please contact your Radancy Customer Success representative and an appropriate import schedule will be determined during the implementation phase.
Radancy will provide search engine optimized (SEO) category recommendations at implementation. Alternatively, customers can provide their own custom category definitions by providing this list to your customer success representative. If category labels are updated within the ATS post-implementation, these updates must also be shared with Radancy to maintain synchronization.
All job text and HTML will appear ‘as-is’ based on how it was entered in the customer’s ATS. As part of the implementation process, Radancy will work with the customer (and ATS) to ensure that job text closely mirrors the formatting of the ATS.
Best practice: Instead of copying from MS Word, first copy text from notepad, then paste into the appropriate field i.e. Job Description. Using the text editor function within the ATS to add formatting will achieve the most optimal results.
