UKG Pro Recruiting Applicant Feed Integration Guide

Overview

The instructions detailed here are to configure your ATS instance with the proper security and permission settings to allow Radancy access to the applicant data needed to power the CRM platform.

Steps for Sample Applicant Data to CRM

*Radancy leverages the Merge integration middleware platform to streamline and simplify the implementation process. Merge is a Radancy approved data sub-processor meeting all necessary security requirements including SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

Notes:

  • Additional steps and days may be necessary for certain data objects or custom configurations
  • Sync timeline is dependent on volume of data and API call limits per ATS

Troubleshooting & Support

If issues occur during authentication or syncing, Radancy will notify you within 1–2 business days. The most common issues are:

  • Permissions – The integration user may not have the required read access to applicant data. Please ensure API scopes or user role permissions are correctly set.
  • Credentials – Expired or invalid credentials may need to be regenerated and securely reshared.
  • Sync errors – If data fails to sync through Merge, Radancy will handle first-level diagnostics and advise on any required ATS changes.

Radancy will work with your team to resolve issues quickly, and if needed, schedule a joint review session with your ATS administrator.

UKG Pro Recruiting Integration Setup

The UKG Pro Recruiting integration requires a subdomain, tenant name, client ID, and secret to authenticate. These four pieces of information must be provided to Radancy to begin the integration process.

Prerequisites

Please ensure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:

  • You are an Integration Administrator in your company's UKG Pro Recruiting instance, or someone has shared their access with you.

Instructions

Step 1: Finding your UKG Web Service Domain

  1. In your search bar, search for Web Services

         2. Look at any of the "web service endpoint URLs" and find your subdomain. For example, if your URL is is,                              http://Servicet.ultipro.com/services/BIDataService then your subdomain is "Servicet"

 

 

Step 2: Find your tenant name

Your tenant name can be found in the URL of your UKG Pro Recruiting account. For example, if you log in to UKG Pro Recruiting and your URL looks like: https://rec-demo-b.ultipro.com/USG1008IT124S/Dashboard

Your tenant name is USG1008IT124S

Step 3: Find your client ID and secret

Your client ID and secret can be found by reaching out directly to UKG Pro. Please reach out to your UKG Pro contact and ask them for your client ID and secret, and let them know they will need to enable the following scopes:

  • recruiting.domain.application-import.create
  • recruiting.domain.application-import.read
  • recruiting.domain.applications.read
  • recruiting.domain.applications.write
  • recruiting.domain.candidate-import.create
  • recruiting.domain.candidate-import.read
  • recruiting.domain.candidates.read
  • recruiting.domain.candidates.write
  • recruiting.domain.configuration.read
  • recruiting.domain.configuration.write
  • recruiting.domain.offers.read
  • recruiting.domain.offers.write
  • recruiting.domain.opportunities.read
  • recruiting.domain.opportunities.write

Step 4: Provide the information to Radancy

Once you have your client ID and secret, provide those values along with the subdomain and tenant name to your Radancy representative. Our team of Integration Specialists will use this information to confirm connectivity to your data and begin the integration testing process!
