Advanced Applicant Capabilities

Bi‑Directional CRM Integration

A standard inbound applicant feed from the ATS is required to support bi‑directional integration.
Bi‑directional integration allows recruiters using Radancy CRM to:
  • Update a candidate’s status in CRM
  • Automatically reflect that status update back in the ATS
Important limitations:
  • Only candidate status updates are supported
  • Update frequency varies by ATS
  • Not all ATS platforms support bi‑directional updates

Currently Supported ATS Platforms

  • Avature
  • BrassRing
  • Bullhorn
  • Greenhouse
  • iCIMS
  • Oracle
  • SAP
  • SmartRecruiters
  • UKG Pro
  • Workday

Employee Referrals Integration

Employee Referrals integrates with job and applicant data to support referral tracking and attribution.

Prerequisites

Employee Referrals requires:
  • Job Feed Integration to:
    • Display jobs
    • Generate job‑specific referral links
  • Applicant Feed Integration to:
    • Identify when a referred candidate applies
    • Sync application outcomes (e.g., Hired, Closed)
    • Match referrals to ATS applications for reporting and rewards

Required Job Information

To ensure jobs display correctly, postings must include:
  • Job Title
  • Job ID
  • Apply URL
  • Department or Job Category
  • Location
  • Job Description
  • Recruiter Email
Optional enhancements may include:
  • Referral reward
  • Featured job designation

How Candidate Referrals Work

  1. An employee shares a job‑specific referral link
  2. The candidate submits basic referral information
  3. The candidate applies through the standard application process
To ensure accurate tracking:
  • The email used in the referral form must match the email used during application
